Hi, as you can see, we've not been very active and the blog was disabled some months ago whilst we sorted other stuff out.

I'd love to hear from you if you've had any recent issues about good ole telephone systems.
It might be a bit left field, but what I want to find out is how much activity (another word for cold calls) have you received over the past few months from telecoms companies trying to sell you new equipment.
The sort of thing I want to find out is how well they're doing actually helping you identify any genuine problems and what they've done to make solid "grounded" recommendations.
