It became apparent that whilst there were countless books available that delved into the subconscious to help expose the passions and innermost desires of a business person, virtually no books or websites were available that exposed how technology could help run businesses more efficiently and profitably. It’s all well and good changing habits, awakening the person within or being a principled success, but knowing how to mechanise your business using state-of-the-art technology and creating that all important money-making machine seemed to be lacking and thus the concept for a web portal emerged.

By design this is not a highly technical site dealing with the digital infrastructure of computers and communication systems. Nor is it a business management tool telling you how to run your business. It is a site about how off-the-shelf products can revolutionise the way you run your business because the fact is, there are no business publications available that correlate technology and business processes to help companies make money.

How This Site Is Organised

We have taken a simplistic and logical approach to the implementation of technology, which is illustrated through the navigation of the site. Every step of the consultative process is backed up by establishing a return on investment prior to implementation and installation. However this is not management consultancy in the form of taking your watch and telling you the time! Our approach is wholly quantifiable and backed up with hard, fast, financial facts, based upon your company data, which makes this process a win-win for everyone concerned.

In the first instance we help you to evaluate your business and its systems objectively. We then help you to identify any adjustments necessary, which ultimately could dramatically impact on the net profitability.

We want to help companies by sharing our information and experience. We know how frustrating it can be to have salespeople continually contact you in order to try and sell a product you are not convinced you need especially when you already have fully functioning equipment working within your business. An analogy is a car mechanic, telephoning a car owner and requesting him to bring his car in to establish if he can carry out some maintenance work or a doctor telephoning a patient to book a time for a consultation to see if there is anything wrong. Either way, the call is not welcome and the business person is not going to be receptive to the salesperson's offering.
